The New York Jets took home a win against the Buffalo Bills recently with a final score 19-13. They’ll be taking on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on December 13 and fans are optimistic that this will be another win for the New York Jets. The preseason was good to the New York Jets as they won games against New York (27-25) and Philadelphia (38-27). Critics may argue that on the flip side of their preseason games, the New York Jets also lost two games against St. Louis (20-23) and Baltimore (23-24); the latter of which was a very close game for both teams but not close enough for the Jets to take home the victory.
The regular season has been even more fascinating for the New York Jets from the start of the season with a win against Houston (24-7) to their last two winning games against Buffalo and Carolina (17-6). Remaining games for the regular season should be relatively interesting, to say the least with opponents like Atlanta, Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Tampa Bay left to play. As the remaining games approach, the New York Jets will be taking the field without injured players Robert Turner (knee), Donald Strickland (concussion) and Dwight Lowery (ankle) who will definitely not play the rest of the season.
Also on the injured roster but a probable to play are members Eric Smith (back), Calvin pace (shoulder), Jim Leonhard (thumb), Mark Sanchez (knee), D’Brickashaw Ferguson (hamstring) and Shaun Ellis (knee). Fans may be most anxious to see Ellis (92) return to the field but are looking forward to seeing all able players display their respective talents in the game rather than on the bench.
Located at State Route 120 and State Route 3 in East Rutherford, New Jersey, Giants Stadium is a part of the Meadowlands Sports Complex that is owned and operated by the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority. It is the third largest NFL complex in the country but also the ninth-oldest still in use. As a result, those who wish to experience Giants Stadium should plan to get tickets right away as the days of this venue are numbered and its demolition is planned for 2010 when a new Meadowlands Stadium will be opened.

Tailgating options are available for those who choose to get the party started in the parking lot before the game. Parking lots at Giants Stadium are open five hours prior to kickoff. For many fans, the tailgating experience is a tradition that is a must. Although open parking spaces should not be used to tailgate nor is tailgating permitted in the parking garage, it is still possible to throw the best tailgate parties in the world before the New York Jets hit the field to play.
Individual, half-season and season tickets are just a few of the choices available when it comes to attending a New York Jets home game. So whether you want to hang out in the Terrace Suites or nestle in close to the front row club seating, the choice is yours. With a limited number of games left to be played in the existing Giants Stadium, there’s never been a better time to get to one or more of the New York Jets games.
