Freddie Gray's death and high levels of inequality brewed violent protests

Baltimore, the most important in the state of Maryland city and just 60 kilometers from the US capital, was the epicenter of the most violent riot that is registered in the country in over a decade.
On Tuesday morning, when the smoke finally cleared, they burned 145 cars, there were several shops reduced to rubble, 15 policemen seriously injured at least 300 people under arrest for there involvement in the riots.
The fuse that lit the powder keg was the funeral last Monday, Freddie Gray, an African-American of 25 years who died a week after being arrested by police on facts that were denounced as another case of police violence against blacks.
